Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains our delivery areas, rates, timelines, and terms. By placing an order with Revet (Pty) Ltd (“Revet”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to this policy.

1) Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to physical street addresses within South Africa only.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or directly to farms.
  • All deliveries require a valid contact number and recipient name.

2) Delivery Costs

  • Standard courier delivery (town addresses): R130.00 incl. VAT for all orders under R500.
  • For orders over R500 shipping is free anywhere in South Africa.

3) Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed once full payment is confirmed.
  • If the product is in stock, we dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • If out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date or offer a refund/alternative.

4) Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses, which may result in separate delivery times and invoices.

5) Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order leaves our premises.
  • Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

6) Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7) Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier network disruptions, strikes, severe weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you by email with a revised delivery date.

8) Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • Additional courier fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

9) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your delivery online.
