These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Shopify online store and your purchase of products from Revet (Pty) Ltd (“Revet”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1) Use of Our Website

  • You may use this site to browse products, make legitimate purchases, and access information.

  • You may not use this site for any fraudulent, speculative, or unlawful purposes.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

  • Service is provided for customers within the borders of South Africa unless otherwise stated.


2) Product Availability & Pricing

  • All products are subject to stock availability.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise noted.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or product details without prior notice.

  • If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.


3) Orders & Payment

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received and confirmed.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit/Debit Cards – MasterCard & Visa (via PayGate / DPO South Africa)

    • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – Use your order number as the payment reference

  • All payments must be made in ZAR.


4) Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to physical street addresses within South Africa only.

  • Standard delivery rates for orders below R500:

    • Town addresses: R130.00 incl. VAT

  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.


5) Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Defective goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after assessment.

  • Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 15% handling fee.


6) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, product images, and website content are the property of Revet (Pty) Ltd. No content may be used without written permission.


7) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The information contained on our website, product labels, pamphlets, and related materials is given in good faith and is intended as a general guideline only.

  • Whilst we are confident in the quality of our products, results may vary depending on individual circumstances, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

  • To the fullest extent permitted under South African law, Revet, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or property, arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

  • The information provided does not replace professional medical, veterinary, agricultural, or technical advice. Users must obtain appropriate professional guidance before relying on any product, program, or technique for decision-making.

  • Use of our products and reliance on our information is strictly at your own risk.


8) Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor site activity, investigate complaints, and take action including warnings, account suspension, order cancellation, or legal proceedings if necessary.


9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (No. 25 of 2002). All disputes will be resolved in South African courts.


10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our store means you accept the updated Terms.
